They really live Christian caring to the fullest

The staff and in fact the complete organization from management to the
CNA's and maintenance people make this a place that is pleasant,
friendly and offers the best of care. Two friends were there for
skilled care after leaving the hospital and found the friendly
atmosphere to be exceptional (both lived in other assisted living
facilities). The Main Street with shops and even a pub make one feel
like they are part of life again with many social opportunities. This
Sr. living business is a hidden gem. Their slogan is "You'll live
better" is no lie.

Lost all of our Mother's belongings

NewAldaya lost ALL of our mother's belongings when she had to go to the
hospital. Four nice and special tee-shirts/sweatshirts, 4 pants, sweater,
nice Duffle Bag, all socks and a Special Gift from my dad. Total lack of
respect for one's belongings. Poor management staff, finance department
did not even try to help my sister keep my dad and mom together, we
went elsewhere.
We were told by unprofessional staff in Laundry that we could go look
through 100's of clothes for mom's belongings. Did not get the Welcome
Kit, clothes were not marked, Head of Nursing Staff did not even know
what mother was in there for yet called us in her office to ask dad and all
the information when we were tired and stressed. My sister are
professional compassionate individuals and do not like to complain.
However, the lack of consideration for us and our mother's belongings
were very painful and unprofessional. Poor Management!
