Staff is incompetent. My relative's feeding tube was not cared for properly and she had to be
taken to the hospital. When she returned to her room, the commode had not been emptied all
day and the room smelled. Her roommate fell out of bed and laid on the floor yelling for help
for over a half hour. Staff spends their time socializing at the nurses station and patients are
neglected.
