Plymouth Manor Care Center

Plymouth Manor Care Center is a provider of both short and long term care. Our care center, a Medicare Certified Skilled Care Facility licensed by the State of Iowa, is located on the eastern edge of LeMars, Iowa. It is a single floor building with its southern exposure built around a grassy courtyard. It has a lovely lounge area, complete with a fireplace, which doubles as a recreational area. A multi-purpose dining area that also serves as a recreational meeting place. We encourage families and friends to use our livingrooms and activity areas for visiting and celebrating special occasions.
