Apex Center

Apex Center is located in Boise Idaho. Our center has 132 operating beds. It is conveniently located on the corner of Ustick Road and Milwaukee, just north of the Boise Towne Square Mall. With a full complement of licensed nurses and therapists, we offer a wide range of services from our individualized therapy services available seven days per week, wound treatment and healing with on-site physician oversight, to an in-house behavior modification program with psychiatrist oversight designed to help individuals with behavioral or mental health challenges that keep them from living at their potential highest level of independence.
