Owyhee Health & Rehab Center

Owyhee Health and Rehabilitation Center of Homedale, ID provides quality nursing care and rehabilitative therapies. We are licensed by the State of Idaho and members of the Idaho and American Health Care Associations. Our 49-bed skilled nursing facility offers a variety of activities daily that cover the social service needs of our residents. We also have a full-time restorative assistant to work with our residents providing daily programs that are designed by the physical therapist.
