Payette Center

Payette Center is a 56 bed skilled nursing facility located in Western Rural Idaho. We provide 24 hour skilled nursing services to our residents, as well as Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy in a newly remodeled short stay rehab section featuring all private rooms and bathrooms. In our long-term section, we have both private and semi-private rooms.
