Property manager is rude, often unavailable, ethnocentric, not
interested in problem solving for building or residents' benefit.
Appearance and upkeep of building reflects the overly zealous cost
containment attitude. Major activities posted in newsletter are bingo
and watching TV shows in the late afternoon. Meals are expensive and
portions are skimpy - less than 9 oz total, plus the 8 oz milk for about
$5 each. Affordable? Comparison to similar size units in surrounding
area should make anyone look elsewhere for cheaper rent with less
intrusive management. And by posting this review I likely will get a
letter threatening me with eviction.
Anything good about the place? Yes, one staff member who soon will
retire. Free laundry is good but maintenance on machines is poor.
Included heat, water and electric is good but frequent spikes in current
cause lots of computer blinks.

The manager there is very Rude! I miss Kathleen. This women is
horrible and doesn't know how to talk to people.
