Decatur Township Center is nestled in a southwest side community of Indianapolis. We provide skilled nursing services, short-term rehabilitative care, and excellent customer service to all our patients and residents. At a capacity of 88 beds, Decatur Township Center has private and semi-private beds to offer a variety of accomodations to meet your needs.
