Some of the nurses try but what can you do when half the staff plays favorites with supervisors? I've seen entire units with no staff at all. I've seen lone CNAs trying to lift 400 lb PTs because no one will help. I wouldn't put my worse enemy in that place. i saw a nurse smack a PTs hand and really mean it, not joking. Rude to other staff and residents.
