Resident & family reviews
The staff never shows up for work. They give out the wrong
medication. They over medicate so they don't have to deal with the
patient. Very poor communication and organization. You never know
what is going on. You basically have to take care of your parents
yourself while they are there. Some of the families had to stay all
night just to make sure things were done correctly. The place is fairly
new and clean but it's not worth it when you don't get the right care.
