Bridge Point Center

Bridge Point Center is a 151-bed, dually certified facility that offers both short-term rehabilitation services and long-term care. Located in the heart of Florence, KY, we have a 37-bed Rehab Recovery Unit that aides individuals in their transition from hospital to home. Our nurses have the skill set to care for patients with wound vacs, NJ tubes, trachs, ortho, cardiac and stroke recovery.
