The Guardian Center

The Guardian Center is a non-profit facility, managed by Genesis HealthCare. We are conveniently located near the T on the bus line and off route 24 on the Avon/Brockton line. We have three units, each with a specific focus to meet the needs of you or your loved one. Two units cater to residents who need LongTerm 24-hour Care and the third unit focuses on ShortStay Rehabilitation. We are Medicare and Medicaid certified and we are accredited by the Joint Commission for Health Care Organizations. Two beautiful outdoor courtyards enable us to have entertainment and lunch outdoors and are available for the residents and visitors at any time.
