Maplewood Center

Maplewood Center is 109 skilled bed facility located in Amesbury, MA. We offer Skilled Nursing, Short Term Rehab, Long Term Care and Respite Care with 24 hour nursing coverage as well as Physical Therapy, Occupational therapy and Speech Therapy up to 7 days a week. We also have on site Physicians and Nurse Practitioners that work close with staff, families and patients to create an individual treatment plan to meet the needs and goals of our patients in a home like setting.
