Saugus Center

Saugus Center is a 80-bed skilled nursing facility which provides short-term rehabilitation as well as long-term care services. Saugus Center is very active within the community and provides a home-like environment for the residents they serve from the North Shore area. Insurance accepted includes Medicare, Medicaid, Hospice as well as Private Pay. Some HMO's on a case-by-case basis.
