Heritage Hall South

Heritage Hall South offers LongTerm Care and ShortStay Rehabilitation Services. We are conveniently located on the Heritage Hall Campus in the suburbs of Springfield, MA and are recognized for being the only Skilled Nursing Facility in the area that offers on-site Hemodialysis Care for ShortStay and LongTerm Care residents. We offer our ShortStay dialysis residents the unique opportunity to discharge back to their home in the community or to our Assisted Living Center while continuing to utilize our Dialysis Center.
