Silgo Creek Center

Sligo Creek Center is a ShortStay Rehabilitation and LongTerm Care facility located in Historic Takoma Park, Maryland. We are located directly across the street from Washington Adventist Hospital. The Center has tenured leadership and direct care staff. Therapy services are offered 7 days a week with available 24-hour RN services.
