Hammonds Lane Center is conveniently located in Northern Anne Arundel County in the heart of Brooklyn Park. We are minutes outside of Baltimore, and accessible from the 695 Beltway, Route 2 (Ritchie Hwy), and minutes from I-97. We are a Skilled Nursing Facility offering ShortStay Rehabilitation Services along with LongTerm Care Services. Other services include Respite Care, Hospice Care, and VitalStim which provides additional modalities of treatment.
