About Spa Creek Center

Spa Creek Center is located in a suburban residential neighborhood just outside Annapolis,
Maryland's historic capital district. Built in 1993, it is an attractive, modern two-story building
set away from the street in a serene wooded landscape. Spa Creek provides LongTerm Care and
ShortStay Care including Rehabilitation in our Transitional Care and Progression Orthopedic Units.
In 2009, Spa Creek was the 1st Maryland Skilled Nursing Facility to win the AHCA Silver Award.
Within the Annapolis community, our Center is regarded as a highly desirable destination for both
