Woodside Center is a longstanding and reputable Skilled Nursing Facility located in residential Silver Spring, Maryland, with close proximity to downtown Silver Spring and several area hospitals. Woodside Center provides patients with short-term, multidisciplinary rehabilitation services within an individualized plan to maximize outcomes and safe return to the community.
