Springbrook Center is a multi-level facility nestled quietly off of Spring Street in Westbrook, Maine, just minutes from Portland. Springbrook offers Skilled Nursing, ShortStay Rehabilitation, LongTerm Care, and Dementia Care. We offer nursing coverage 24/7 as well as Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy Services. Springbrook has an on-site Genesis physician serving as medical director, and offers a range of dining and socialization activities to ensure our Center meets the needs of every individual who walks through our door.
