Springbrook Center is a multi-level facility nestled quietly off of Spring Street in Westbrook,
Maine, just minutes from Portland. Springbrook offers Skilled Nursing, ShortStay Rehabilitation,
LongTerm Care, and Dementia Care. We offer nursing coverage 24/7 as well as Physical, Occupational,
