Heartland at ProMedica

Heartland at ProMedica, a collaboration between ProMedica and HCR ManorCare, is being constructed on the ProMedica Flower campus and will be complete in Fall 2015. This state-of-the-art skilled nursing and rehabilitation center will provide medically complex and intensive rehabilitation services for short-term patients transitioning between hospital and home.
