Whitefish Center

Whitefish Center is tucked into a beautiful corner of the resort community of Whitefish in the Rocky Mountains of Northwest Montana. The facility offers skilled nursing and rehabilitation therapy to adults of all ages who need short- or long-term care. In addition to a range of post-acute care, rehabilitation and specialty medical services, we strive to meet the social needs of our residents through recreational programs that include field trips, transportation to local businesses and special events. A fenced yard with walking paths permits residents to take in the scenic views of the area, and a sheltered patio provides residents and their guests a place to relax.
