They allow my mother to get sores/swollen feet with congested heart failure. Was horrible when
Sunrise when my father was there and even worse now that my mother is there as Meridian.
Lousy food, never served on time. Cold without utensils given to eat it with. Hours late on
medications.
Where are the agencies that monitor the quality of care and food????
Just because it is a medicaid bed, doesn't mean you treat them as substandard.
