A friend of mine is currently in your facility. She has told her friends about how filthy it is. She has seen dried blood, feces & urine on the floors & other surfaces. She will be leaving, but is concerned for the elderly, infirm there who are unable to complain. I work in a nursing home, I know what standards should be met. If you are unable to provide a clean environment, you should be closed immediately.
