The Osnabrock Community Living Center nursing home is accredited and licensed by the state of North Dakota providing basic care for its residents from the surrounding area. It is a 17 bed (with three suites) basic care nursing home with 24 hour care and is staffed by Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses and Med-Techs.
