Good Samaritan Society - Wood River

The Good Samaritan Society – Wood River is a rehabilitation and skilled care center that includes a special care unit for those with Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. We offer a Christian-based foundation, providing for the spiritual needs of our residents — caring for the soul; around-the-clock skilled nursing staff to meet residents’ physical needs — caring for the body; and activities and events to meet residents’ social and emotional needs — caring for the mind.
