Country Village Center located in the White Mountains of New Hampshire, offers exceptional Skilled Nursing Care, LongTerm Care and Rehabilitation services. We offer semi-private and private rooms. We provide daily therapy in our 2,500 square foot therapy suite which offers state-of-the-art therapy equipment and access to our Equine Therapy Program. This unique therapy program uses highly-skilled horses to offer Physical and Occupational Therapy.
