Crestwood Center

Crestwood Center is an 81 bed facility located minutes away from the historical oval in Milford, NH. Crestwood can offer residential long-term care, respite care, hospice care, as well as therapy services for those patients who need rehabilitation before returning home. We are pleased to announce that we were awarded the Bronze National Quality of Care Award from the American Health Care Association in 2012. This prestigious award recognizes our strong commitment to continuous quality improvement of care to our patients.
