Colonial Hill Center, a 79-bed center that is surrounded by the quiet, natural beauty of New England, has been proudly serving the Rochester community since 1986. Colonial Hill offers skilled nursing, short-term rehabilitation and long-term care with 24-hour nursing coverage in a home-like setting, as well as Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory Therapy services up to 7 days a week. Staff and physicians work closely with patients and families to create an individual treatment plan based on the needs and goals of our patients and residents, while offering hotel-like amenities such as concierge services to ensure a comfortable stay.
