Clark Nursing And Rehab Center

My mother in law died at this pit. Sure it looks nice, but that's it. I asked to review her chart
after she died. It took them days to let me see it. I was told by the only nice person who
worked there, that the director of nurses and the administrator removed pages from her chart to
prevent a lawsuit! please do not put anyone you love in this pit.

My Grandmother is 94 years old and was admitted into this nursing
home 4 days ago... we received a call last night at 10PM saying that
they had BROKE BOTH HER ANKLES!!!! This place is completely
unprofessional and these nurses show no compassion once so ever
for these elderly people. I do not understand how someone can work
in and elderly facility and not have a heart or care for these people.
These facility's should require seminars for there employee's to teach
professionalism & proper care. I cant understand how these nursing
homes are getting away with treating people this way.
