Cooper River West

Cooper River West is located along the Cooper River and the Cooper River Park where activities take place all year round. We provide care to ShortStay, LongTerm, Respite and Hospice patients. We are able to accept many patients with complex medical issues including: IVs, trach, feeding tubes, complex rehabilitation needs, strokes, amputees, cardiac/pulmonary and dialysis patients. Our Rehabilitation Department provides physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and respiratory therapy for all levels of patient care. We accept all payor types including Medicare, managed insurers, Medicaid and private pay.
