Canyon Transitional Rehabilitation Center

Canyon is a small 73-bed skilled nursing and therapy rehab facility serving the NE Heights area of Albuquerque. We offer post-surgery orthopedic care, wound care, trache care, and general strengthening after a hospital stay. Our restorative therapy rehabilitation outcomes are high. We focus on getting the client from hospital to home as quickly and safely as possible.
