Casa del Malpais

Affordable housing, also known as income-based housing, includes all types of communities where either some type of financial assistance is available or the rent is controlled for those who live there. Casa del Malpais is a community that provides comfortable and affordable housing for people 62 older and for those who are disabled. The Department of Housing and Urban Development provides rental assistance, and the Good Samaritan Society manages the center.
