1) The DON is under investigation by the State of Nevada Board of
Nursing for harming (and, killing) individuals under her care through
improper feeding tube handling. She is, also, being investigated for
bullying her co-workers, unethical/inappropriate behavior and
abuse/neglect (even though she is the Abuse Coordinator, too.)
2) The Administrator has been removed from his position, here, and
transferred to another facility in the same corporation, reportedly
for 'having problems.' according the BELTCA website, he has two
previous legal infractions.
3) The Regional VP advocates the approach of residents by facility
staff, in order to have the resident 'convert' his/her current medical
insurance coverage (United Health Plan providers) to that of a higher-
rate paying Medicare, even in the instance the resident want the
change. This process is called 'The Conversion.' Also, he advocates
the accepting of HIV+ patients with Medicare, in order to double-bill
Medicare and Clark County assistance programs.
4) The Regional Marketing Director is 'The Black Widow,' a female
