Bronx Lebanon Special Care Cen

A complaint was made to albany department of health. the
immediate reaction by the facility was to paint.that alone is very
telling.the ground floor entrance was most attractive and clean. not so
in room 408b where my daughter was placed,in a filthy room on a
ramshackle bed with not any attention. my daughter was removed by
me on november 25.the web site was a lie .it wrote that this facility
was spotless and safe.the big lie.
