Ashamed to say I was employed here for a short period of time a couple years
ago. Facility wide culture of neglect and abuse. Staff refuses to use
isolation procedures for patients with communicable disease. Facility routinely
hires people with history of abusing patients. Staff falsify records, omit
treatments and chronically report to work under influence of drugs and alcohol.
Nursing staff encourages over-medication of patients for purposes of control
over behavior. Saw a nurse dispensing medications into the sharps container
instead of administering them to patients. Nurse was found administering
insulin without checking blood sugar levels, still employed there even after
being reported. Nurse Supervisor known drug abuser and has been arrested
several times for stealing drugs, finally fired. NEVER SEND ANYONE HERE.
