The operating staff of Autumn Health Care, Inc. has over 50 years of healthcare experience. Owned by Steve Hitchens, Autumn Health Care, Inc. was established in 1999 with the purchase of one skilled nursing facility in Newark Ohio. Since then, Autumn Health Care, Inc. has grown into a multi-facility organization with nursing facilities in Licking, Muskingum, Coshocton, Knox, Perry and Guernsey counties.
