This facility at one time was one of the best rated in Toledo, over time and ownership changes it had degraded. I have had clients there and the facility been very proactive in their approach to what is best for the client. Likewise there have been numerous poor incidences that have occurred over the duration of this facilities existence in the last decade. I would approach this facility with numerous questions tailored to your specific needs. I found the therapy team a valuable asset to this community.
