Park East Center

Park East is a dually certified 274 bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center located in Beachwood, Ohio. Our facility is conveniently located near major highway and main streets for easy access. We have an on-site dialysis center operated by CDC and have a separate short-term rehabilitation unit and a secured Alzheimer's/Dementia unit as well as long-term care units.
