About The Heights

The Heights is a 148-bed Skilled Nursing Facility located outside Cleveland, Ohio. We have a
short-term rehabilitation unit updated with flat screen televisions, in-room bathrooms, close to the
therapy room, and a concierge. We also have a secure memory care unit for residents with dementia or
Alzheimer’s disease who would benefit from an activity based program. We have many tenured employees
