Circleville Center

Circleville Center is a 97-bed skilled nursing facility that has provided excellent care to the community for more than 30 years. We offer rehabilitation services as well as long-term care. Our facility has Rehab Recovery Suites® with a private dining room, WiFi access and flat screen TVs in all of our rooms. We have a spacious physical rehabilitation gym with services tailored to meet the individual needs of our patients.
