This was by far, the worst experience that my family has ever had with a care facility. My grandma was there only to recover from a surgery. Her room was SMALL, OLD, DIRTY. There was nothing fun for them to do. Once there was a lady who pushed a cart around of root beer floats, but nothing else. The aids were short, rushed and always seemed like we were a bother to them. I would fight tooth and nail to have your loved one go somewhere else. Ask to see their last annual surveys, ask who is running their Activity Program (which is NOBODY)....really sorry for the people who are there long term.
