Laurel Hill Nursing Center was the first nursing facility in Southern Oregon, and is the only one in the Rogue Valley that currently has a Five Star Quality Rating from the Center for Medicare Services.

Laurel Hill Nursing Center presents a home-like presence far removed from the institutional setting often associated with long-term care. The 44-bed skilled nursing center is small, intimate and personal, but provides complex nursing care.
