Chapel Manor

Chapel Manor is located in Northeast Philadelphia and we are conveniently located along a major bus route, which makes it easy for the staff and visitors to access us. Along with LongTerm care, Chapel Manor provides ShortStay Rehabilitation in our Transitional Care Unit which also specializes in Cardiac Management. We provide therapy 7 days a week to the patients in our Transitional Care Unit. A breakfast buffet and restaurant-style dining is provided in our dining room. Our social service staff works with all guests to ensure a safe and successful transition to home.
