Fair Acres Geriatric Center

As Delaware County's Long-Term Care Facility, Fair Acres is owned and operated by the County of Delaware. We are proud to have served this community for 200 years since we began operations in 1807. Currently, more than 1,200 team members continue to offer the highest quality long-term care for over 900 residents. These residents range in age from young adult to elderly, and anyone in need of 24-hour nursing care.
