Oakmont Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation

The Oakmont Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is a small, 85-bed community dedicated providing quality services for those looking for either short-term rehabilitation or long-term skilled nursing care. A part of the Zenith Care Health Group family, our staff are available 24/7 to help residents recover from their hospital stay and work towards their goal of returning home. Our physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy teams work to help increase resident independence alongside our devoted staff of nurses, social workers, and dietary staff.
