The facility offers a Transitional Care Unit for ShortStay Rehabilitation which is a unique medical model with highly trained staff to accommodate a wide variety of post-hospital needs in a very inviting, comfortable environment. Each room comes standard with a flat screen TV and telephone. The newly expanded Transitional Care Unit includes a dining and lounge area with an outdoor patio.
