This is the most depressing nursing. The place smells moldy the second you
walk in the door. The front door staff are friendly, but that's about where it
ends. Mark on first floor nursing hates his jobs and treat family of patients
terribly. He is the most unfriendly person in the whole building. There is not
enough staff at night. My relative was perfectly capable of using a bathroom
with assistance, call the help button and was told to go in her Depends
because they did not have time to get to her. What a way to build someone's
self respect. When she had a commode it was not cleaned and our family
actually had to clean it when we came in. Check your pharmacy bill carefully.
They put her on sedative medication without notifying the family AND check
your monthly room and board bill. They billed us for items we did not use and
when I questioned them they said they did not know what that item was and
to ask nursing. I asked nursing and they were not sure and sent me right back
to billing

My son's grandmother is here and I think the nurses could do a better
job with the people in there.when I go up, it stinks in there.The other
people ask the visitors for help. Please try to do a better job its a
shame they have to live this way.
