Coventry Center

Coventry Center Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation is a multi-level facility situated in rural Coventry, Rhode Island. We are surrounded by trees, marshlands and foliage. Coventry Center provides Skilled Nursing Care, Memory Impairment Care, Rehabilitation Therapy and Ventilator Care. The Vent unit is only one of two in the entire state of Rhode Island and the only location that provides access to Respiratory Therapists 24 hours a day. All of the rooms on the Ventilator Unit are fully equipped with state-of-the-art ventilators and related medical equipment, piped in oxygen and suctioning, comfortable modern furnishings and flat screen televisions at each bedside.
